NOTES AND WARNINGS (Produktsicherheitsverordnung)
Find the right size
The sleeping bag should fit well over the shoulder area of your child. Pay attention to the neck and arm cut-outs so that your baby is not able to slip down into the sleeping bag. The sleeping bag has the optimal size when an adult's finger fits between neck and neckline. To ensure that your baby has room to move its legs freely, there should be a 10 cm space between feet and the bottom of the sleeping bag.

Temperature
The perfect size of the sleeping bag also depends on nightwear and room temperature. The TOG system may help you to choose the right one. TOG indicates the thermal resistance of the fabric. The higher the TOG value, the warmer the sleeping bag. Under which conditions your baby feels well and sleeps best, can be easily determined. Cool hands or feet, for examle, are fine. Do they turn cold and pale, your toddler needs more warmth. In case of a sweating neck, the sleeping bag is to warm.
